I don't get a chance to go here as often as I would like, not living nearby. But every time I'm in the area this place is a must. Other reviewers have stated that it's the best sushi in Santiago. I would go so far as to say it's the best sushi I have tasted in Chile. It's more than just food, it's a work of art that delights both visually and on the palate.

Amazing place for sushi, the staff is fantastic our waiter Gonzalo provided both drink and food suggestions based on what we wanted. “Tokyo roll” not in the menu was great. The “sakerinha” is a great signature drink from the restaurant. So, far the best sushi I’ve had in the area.

My family has been going to this restaurant for YEARS! Ichiban establishes itself as the best sushi restaurant in Santiago. Always sit at the bar, always listen to the chefs about what is good and fresh. Such a pleasure to go, every time. Not pictured but one of my favourites is the kyoto roll!

Normally for sushi we leave Chile ???????? and go home to California, but now we do not have to! We eat here in Santiago at Ichiban. All the food is super fresh and authentic made to order with love of tradition and great attention! Everything is delicious and wonderful

This restaurant is definitely underrated! We went in a group of 5 and ordered many dishes, all were very good. The salmon sashimi was generously cut, the ramens came with delicious soup. Fried rice was a bit salty but acceptable. Expensive, but delivers the value charged! Will come back.
